High
performing talents deliver their output very efficiently and professionally.
And these talents always think very strategically and cleverly towards their
task and goals. These people always show higher degree of self-motivation.
And they are well obligated towards their responsibilities. Therefore, high
performing employee always become a great asset to an organization.
These individuals show very prominent &
great attributes in their jobs. The positive attitude and energy that pumped to
the working environment are the key factors of identifying these individuals.
They always show a great discipline and has ability to change actions and
executions based on the situation that they are facing. Therefore, a smart HR
management be able to identify a high performing employee very easily.
"The people with spirit of curiosity, and flexibility who possess the skill, attitude, capabilities and potential to help organization to grow and evolve are high performing talents"(Martin & schmidt, 2017).

Senior HR Leadership of an organization should have an attractive and ideal approach to identify and treat the high performing employee in the organization. To develop or introduce a such an approach, it’s reasonably important to concentrate on few essential factors behind on this. Understanding employee pulse, areas of interest, and elements that motivate them are crucial factors in this content. The most critical point to think is capable and competent employees are in demand.

To retain the HP employee, there should be an environment, could support employees to have a great trust about the organization. That mindset creates massive motivation to attract with the company.

It is necessary and important to pay attention too to the people who perform better in the organization is a crucial factor. Sometimes the technical competencies may lead these HP employees to be in that zone, but they required some development in behavioural competencies or may be in professional competencies. Therefore, by offering HP employee to develop their weaker zone add more value to both parties. That motivation and moral leads to retain the talent with the organization.
Approach 3 :
Engage with the High Performing employee in organization.
Leadership engagement is a sensitive area for any employee in an organization. The environment having less engagement with the work force is not much attractive and progressive. To retain the grate talents with the organization the engagement mechanism also plays a leading role. Therefore, clever HR management use this tool very smartly to retain the HP talents with the organization. That engagement should not just a physical one on one. It should have a deeper meaning.

- Head - Engagement through mindset and the thinking pattern.
- Heart - Engagement by heart.

engage with the employees. Good relationship create some important values to the working
environment such as mutual trust and respect. Absolutely this people engagement

satisfaction and performance (Robbins, 2003; Atokatha, 2016).

It’s important to retain the high performing talent with the organization. Because that will decide the total business growth, profits, and stability. Therefore, good HR management put lot of effort and mind time to use different approaches to stick these employees with the organization. By moving out from traditional approaches, it’s necessary to bring an innovative and creative thinking, to craft a fresh methodology to the working environment. That leads the company to retain the best talent or the HP employees with the organization for a brighter future.

Build a trust culture, modelling the behaviors employer expect. I think it is the practical way of retaining talents at home office.
