These deviations can be impacted on deliver poor quality, lower productivity, and higher cost (Gisi, 2018).
To overcome these common issues, organization must find some strategies. Therefore, HRM & leadership of the organization understood that, strengthen the information flow to employee is critically important to maintain the organization productivity and performance. As an effective way to eliminate human errors, improve the productivity, deliver the best quality, work standardization has come to the working environment. Therefore, simply we can understand that, work standardization has provided a clear communication to employee to deliver their job role.
